  • Yoga Breath Workshop

    The YogaBreath workshop is comprised of a 1 hour interactive presentation, which includes an educational talk and a chance to have a go at learning the breathing exercises.

    Afterwards you will receive tasks to practice and follow up support.

  • Meditation Workshop

    The meditation workshop is comprised of a 1 hour interactive presentation, which includes an educational talk, and you also learn the basic technique to meditate.

    I can help you go on to set up your own meditation group or room, and provide follow up support.

  • Pilates

    Would you like a pre-work, lunchtime or after-work Pilates class? Or a one-off workshop?

    I can produce short desk-based workouts which can be done in less than 5 minutes, or longer workouts to suit your needs, such as regular classes, or one-time workshops.

    Pilates is great for reducing stress, as well as keeping the body in good working order. You will find you feel more alert, your brain stimulated and more able to focus after some movement and stretching. Incorporating good posture and physical movement into your working day can stop you feeling tired and achy, and release the chemicals in your body for high level productivity.
