Classes

Classes are an excellent way to exercise with other people. There is a great social connection and you get to workout with people who have similar goals to yourself, which creates a network of support and friendship.

They are also a suitable option if you have a tight budget.

My classes are suitable for everyone aged 18+, from beginners through to the more advanced. I provide total body workouts, with variety in exercises, giving options throughout so everyone can work at their own level and gain the most benefits.

Current Classes

  • A 1-hour class of mat-based Pilates, consisting of set-up, warm-up, main exercises, and stretching.

    A mindful total body workout to strengthen the core, tone, improve mobility and flexibility, balance and coordination, whilst releasing tension and destressing the body and mind.

    Feel fitter and more energised.

    Suitable for all fitness levels, aged 18+.
