Terrain: Mixture of hard paths and grass. Some gentle slopes.

A 30-minute online laughter yoga workshop.

What to expect: A mixture of fun themed laughing and breathing exercises, you’ll be guided through an introductory warm-up, exercises with educational snippets, cool down, closing music & dance.
Note: not suitable for those with hernia, severe heart problems or angina, or in 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
