My free 7-day Yoga Breath Challenge will be running again at the beginning of September.
This is a chance to see how daily exercises can help you keep a balanced autonomic nervous system. There are 3 types of exercise - ‘coffee’ in the mornings, ‘water’ during the day, and ‘whiskey’ in the evenings. They can either wake you up, balance your stress and energy levels, or relax you.
The challenge provides you with 3 exercises a day - morning, midday and evening. Just follow along with the videos, and see the difference they can make over the week.
