Laughter yoga is a combination of fun laughing and breathing exercises, which provide amazing health benefits physically and mentally.

Join us for an hour of laughing and feel the benefits for yourself!

You’ll be led through a warm-up, main exercises, cool down and music/dance, with educational snippets to help you understand how it works and the benefits it provides.

No lycra fitness gear or mat needed - come as you are. Just bring a smile and a willingness to have a go.

Note: Not suitable for those with a hernia, severe heart conditions, angina, or in 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
